Petzl Tandem Pulley. The Petzl P21 SPE is a ball bearing version of the standard Petzl Tandem Pulley. The P21SPE is removable from the cable or rope by just moving upward off of the cable or rope. It is held on by a karabiner going through the triangle at the bottom. For use on ropes of diameter less than 13mm or cables of diameter less than 12mm.
