The NOTCH Jet Step is the industry's first toothless foot ascender, using dual opposing Harken cams with low powered tension springs reducing the amount of drag on the climbing line and ultimately the amount of rope needed below the device before it self-tends. Two cams squeezing the climbing line from both sides increases grip strength, which translates directly to improved performance on wet, muddy, or frozen ropes. The NOTCH Jet Step is the ultimate foot ascender. Made for NOTCH by Harken Industrial; it's the same device as the Harken Ninja foot ascender just a different colour.
