CElanyard is now hipSTAR Flex

The Teufelberger CE Lanyard is the first certified lanyard that makes use of all the benefits of the Hitch Climber System for length adjustment and can be employed as an anchor point. CE lanyard integrates the latest technologies used for tree/arborist care products. CE lanyard incorporates the Ocean Polyester rope, which is now sporting a brighter green/yellow design. The green colour indicates that it is used as PPE product. The new Ocean Vectran 6mm rope with a stainless steel thimble is intended as an additional mounting point. The seams on the end points of CElanyard are designed such that they incorporate Teufelberger's new resin-based seam protector technology.

The Teufelberger CE lanyard has been certified to EN 358 and EN 795B. If you are looking to replace the 11mm Sirius E2E, we also stock spare parts.

Committed to the safety and efficiency of tree climbers, we now took another step forward. We obtained additional certifications for CE lanyard in line with the countries where it is used. As a consequence, our CE lanyard is no longer certified to the European CE standard only, and this is why we believe that our product deserves a new name. Thus, we rebaptized our CE lanyard into hipSTAR FLEX 11.5mm!

Now, our hipSTAR FLEX 11.5mm is certified to:

• EN 358:1999
• EN 795B:2012
• AS/NZS 5532:2013
• AS/NZS 1891.1:2007
• ANSI Z133-2017

In addition, two knots, i.e., 'Distel' and 'Valdotain 4+3', are now certified for our Ocean Polyester e2e. The seams of the ends of the hipSTAR Flex come with TEUFELBERGER's resin-based [tnt] seam protector technology. The 7 mm Ocean Dyneema® rope with stainless steel thimble is designed as an additional mounting point.
