Belay Master

As the name suggests the Belay Master is an ideal carabiner for belaying. Shaped for that purpose it features a full-section top bar for smoothly paying-out or taking-in; as well as reducing rope wear. Closing the nylon clip on the Belay Master is only possible when the gate is screwed shut helping the user to remember this important safety point. When closed, the clip keeps the carabiner loaded in its strongest orientation, preventing devices and textile components from moving onto the spine and potential cross loading due to rotation.

Refined keylock system, plastic clip now lockes in place, great for securing devices and descenders as well as friction savers.
