Terms and Conditions - Arbormaster Member Discount Card

Welcome to the Arbormaster VIP Member Discount Program! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of the Arbormaster VIP Member Discount Card.

 

  1. Discount Benefits:
    1. The VIP Member Discount Card avails you 5% off all new unit and arborist equipment purchases.
  2. Exclusive Offers:
    1. Cardholders gain access to exclusive new offers and features across The RedShed - Melbourne’s Mower Centre and Arbormaster.
  3. Validity:
    1. The card is valid only at The RedShed Bayswater - Arbormaster store located at 4 Scoresby Rd, Bayswater VIC 3153. For inquiries, please call 1300 027 267.
  4. Discount Application:
    1. The 5% discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts (such as Commercial Lawn and Garden discounts, etc.). If a person is eligible for multiple discounts, only a single discount can be used at that time (whichever is higher).
  5. Cardholder Verification:
    1. Only the registered cardholder may use the VIP card. The RedShed Bayswater - Arbormaster reserves the right to check and verify the cardholder’s details (such as full name, mobile number, email address, and physical address) to ensure the person using the card is the same one who purchased it.
    2. The RedShed Bayswater - Arbormaster reserves the right to deny the usage of this card if the details of the person using the card do not match the details on our file (i.e., the person who originally purchased this card).
  6. Price Changes:
    1. The RedShed Bayswater - Arbormaster reserves the right to change the price of the VIP Membership at any time.
  7. Feature Modifications:
    1. The RedShed Bayswater - Arbormaster reserves the right to add or remove features from the VIP membership at any time.
  8. Communication and Marketing Consent:
    1. By purchasing the Arbormaster VIP Card, you authorize The RedShed - Arbormaster to contact you via text, call, or email using the provided details to send you information regarding new products, discounts, and offers, possibly using automated means.
  9. Limitation of Liability:
    1. The RedShed Bayswater - Arbormaster is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the VIP Member Discount Card.
  10. Governing Law:
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
  11. Non-Transferability:
    1. The card cannot be transferred to another person/business. A card may only be transferred to another person/business with sufficient permission from The RedShed Head Office team.
