Felco Pro Cable Cutters 3/8". The C9 cutter is Felco's smallest two-handed wire cutter. Light and easily handled, it cuts easily through a hardened steel wire 4 mm (0.2 inches) in diameter, steel cable up to 9 mm (0.4 inches), and metal rods and spring steel wire. It features Felco's patented "triangular cut", a system designed to cut rope smoothly without being crushed. The C9 has hardened steel blades and a center bolt and unbreakable forged aluminium alloy handles with plastic covering for good grip. Features:
