The Clogger Zero Ultra is the premium, upgraded version of the standard Clogger Zero (Gen2) chainsaw pants. While both offer lightweight chainsaw protection, the Ultra is built with enhanced ventilation, reinforced Dyneema on both lower legs, and improved 4-way stretch fabric

Our most technically advanced pants ever are also the most comfortable. We’ve increased breathability with an Ultra Air-Flow design, featuring additional vents on the inner thigh to eliminate swamp-crotch, and using a highly breathable outer fabric to regulate the body's core temperature, keeping you in the performance zone longer.

Ultra Stretch delivers the greatest freedom of movement of any Zero pants, with an improved 4-way stretch that works with the arborist in the trees and on the ground.

We’ve levelled up the durability with a new high tenacity ripstop nylon and supercharged Dyneema, and increased functionality with deeper pockets, an additional rear pocket, suspender loops and velcro on the leg bottoms.

Finally, we’re introducing Ultra Connectivity. Every pair of Ultra pants has a unique NFC identifier for asset management.

All changes come at no discernable additional weight, maintaining the Zero’s reputation as the original ultralight chainsaw pants.

Chainsaw protection

Uses Clogger's exclusive Arrestex HP chainsaw fabric which is light and breathable with 6 layers of advanced technical chainsaw protection.
Arrestex HP includes ultra strong UHMWPE cut resistant fibers cross woven to improve multi-directional strike performance.
Waist to ankle coverage with extra coverage on the left side to allow for movement if a chainsaw strikes.

Outer construction and design

Outer fabric, engineered to lower body temperature by dispersing body heat through breathability and the use of Nilit® Breeze yarn - Nilit® is proven to reduce body temperature.
Tough, nylon lycra ripstop fabric on the upper thighs to give greater durability in this high wear area.
4-way stretch fabric for greater freedom of movement and flexibility with FlexZone in the seat seam for extra give.
High-tenacity nylon with a ripstop weave for a 1.5x stronger outer.
Abrasion resistant fabric over the knee, the inside of the calf and ankle areas increasing the durability in these high wear areas.
Ultra-high tear strength Dyneema© fabric at the left and right calf to protect against small cuts caused by the chainsaw when hanging off the harness.
Elasticized waist for a snug fit and extra comfort.
Lock stitched seams and reinforced stress points.

Scannable© NFC technology provides secure PPE management
Large mesh inleg and back leg vents for maximum cooling and air cross flow.
Suspender loops in the waistbelt to take the Clogger Loop Braces.
Deep pockets; Two zipped hip pockets and two zipped thigh pockets individually sewn to be able to pull out and remove saw dust. Lower pockets are all accessible while wearing a harness.
Additional zipped pocket on the left thigh big enough for all phones

Strong, durable zippers with moulded zipper pulls to reduce the risk of sawdust damage.
Cinch tabs at the ankle to close off the bottom of the trousers from sawdust and ticks. Cut them off if not needed.
Boot hooks made from durable plastic construction that has been reversed to prevent snagging on throw lines all while still securely holding trousers in place when climbing.
Wide belt loops to fit up to a 50mm belt.

Key upgrades in the Zero Ultra include:

Superior Ventilation: Features four cross-flow, tick-proof mesh panels (two in the standard Zero) on the inner and back legs to keep you cooler in hot conditions.
Enhanced Durability: Uses a tougher Cordura ripstop material. Additionally, the ultra-high tear strength Dyneema fabric is placed on both lower legs to prevent wear, whereas the standard Zero only has it on the right leg.
Upgraded Pockets: Includes larger, zippered hip/thigh pockets accessible while wearing a harness, a specialized zippered phone pocket, and an added rear pocket. The pocket linings are upgraded to a highly breathable nylon.
Better Climbing Mobility: Utilizes an updated, ultra-stretch fabric (with 4-way stretch) and built-in cinch tabs at the bottom of the legs to provide better control when using foot ascenders.
Advanced Features: Includes built-in Scannable NFC technology for secure PPE tracking and integrated suspender loops.
